Yesterday was the first day of my internship at the event planning/management company Capitol Services Inc. Nothing really exciting to report other than it rained a lot and I love rain!
For dinner my mom and I made a delicious dinner. Matzo ball soup with whole wheat noodles, carrots, celery, and chicken broth, a huge salad, fresh baked bread with butter, cheese and apples and asparagus! Yum Yum!
